What You'll Be Doing
Job Scope: Generally responsible for maintaining the general ledger and reconciling accounts. Helps with various projects as needed in the accounting department. Work will be performed under general supervision. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Reconciling bank accounts for multiple companies
- Maintaining the company’s fixed asset records
- Month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Scanning and filing paper and electronic documents
- Review and approval of expense reports

Ideal Background
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Required.Certification: No certification is required for this position. Experience: This position requires up to 5 years of experience in the accounting field. Key Responsibilities and Duties:Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of various month end and year end journal entries for multiple companies
- Reconciling various balance sheet accounts including prepaid expenses, various accruals and others
- Assist with expense report reviews and accounting approvals
- Assist with oversight of credit card programs
- Timely completion of special projects
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
