Job Description

In collaboration with the Projects and Production departments;

• You establish technical studies intended for the publication of commercial offers;
• You offer innovative technical solutions to sales teams (comparisons and variants);
• You assist the Project Manager in his questions relating to the design of the project, in particular risk and opportunity analyses;
• You assist the Project Manager during his discussions with various external partners such as architects, design offices, project owners, control organizations.
• You produce and/or supervise technical and economic optimization studies relating to the execution of projects;
• You participate in start-up meetings for high-tech projects;
• You provide technical support to construction sites;
• You participate in the development and optimization of “method statements” based on feedback from operational teams.
   

In collaboration with your colleagues from the Engineering team:

• You contribute to continuous innovation processes intended to meet environmental challenges such as: reuse of existing elements, innovative techniques and materials, new calculation methods, etc.
• You are involved in development and monitoring groups relating to research and international technical literature, the academic world and standards commissions.
• You produce analyzes beyond the geotechnical scope such as calculations of reinforced concrete or metal structures.
• You participate in the various internal and external technical and social events and activities of the department and the company.

Qualifications

Basic training:  Geotechnical, civil or industrial engineerProfessional experience:  5 years in a structural or geotechnical design officeLanguages:  You are fluent in French and use professional EnglishSkills:  Co-construction skills, critical thinking and synthesis, results orientation, rigorous and creative.

• Scope: From 1 to 6 projects in study and execution phases
• Contacts: Project department, Production department and external stakeholders
• Back-up: Engineering team
