The Role

You'll work directly alongside structural engineers to develop accurate, coordinated construction documents and BIM models for a variety of building types.Responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality Revit models and construction documents
  • Coordinating with architects and other design disciplines
  • Developing and improving BIM standards and workflows
  • Creating custom Revit families and components
  • Supporting project teams through design and documentation phases
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality across project deliverables

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Revit proficiency
  • Experience developing construction documents
  • BIM coordination experience preferred
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for quality and continuous improvement
  • Structural modeling experience is a plus but not required
