The Opportunity

This role combines technical engineering, client interaction, project management, and mentorship responsibilities.You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead structural projects from concept through construction
  • Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures
  • Sign and seal construction documents
  • Conduct existing building assessments and structural investigations
  • Support renovation, adaptive reuse, and expansion projects
  • Manage client relationships and project schedules
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the organization

Ideal Background

We're interested in speaking with professionals who possess:

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure
  • 5+ years of structural engineering experience
  • Experience with building design across multiple material types
  • Strong technical, communication, and project management skills
  • A desire to take ownership of projects and client relationships
