The Opportunity
This role combines technical engineering, client interaction, project management, and mentorship responsibilities.You'll have the opportunity to:
- Lead structural projects from concept through construction
- Perform structural analysis and design for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures
- Sign and seal construction documents
- Conduct existing building assessments and structural investigations
- Support renovation, adaptive reuse, and expansion projects
- Manage client relationships and project schedules
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence across the organization
Ideal Background
We're interested in speaking with professionals who possess:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience
- Experience with building design across multiple material types
- Strong technical, communication, and project management skills
