As the energy landscape continues to evolve, our teams play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex challenges while driving meaningful progress toward a cleaner and more resilient future.We are seeking a Civil Drafter to join our Energy & Power team across APAC, supporting the delivery of high-quality drafting and design outputs for infrastructure and power projects. In this role, you will contribute to project delivery through accurate and timely preparation of engineering drawings, working closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with project requirementsKey Responsibilities

  • Prepare high-quality civil and structural engineering drawings for roads, drainage, and related infrastructure
  • Develop and update detailed drafting deliverables in line with project and client requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated design outputs
  • Support project delivery by meeting timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Jacobs QA processes and digital/BIM standards
  • Assist in preparing quantities and drawing-related inputs for cost estimation
  • Coordinate with other drafters and stakeholders to maintain consistency across drawing packages
  • Apply knowledge of construction practices to produce practical, buildable drawings
  • Contribute to a strong safety, quality, and inclusion culture

Here's what you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in civil and/or structural drafting
  • Strong experience preparing engineering drawings for roads, drainage, and infrastructure projects
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
  • Exposure to GIS and/or BIM tools is advantageous
  • Good understanding of digital delivery and BIM standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate, high-quality drawings
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams
