As the energy landscape continues to evolve, our teams play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex challenges while driving meaningful progress toward a cleaner and more resilient future.We are seeking a Civil Designer/Modeller to join our Energy & Power team across APAC, supporting the delivery of civil design and modelling services on infrastructure and power projects.In this role, you will contribute to project delivery through high-quality modelling, technical design support, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, while maintaining Jacobs’ standards for quality, safety, and innovation.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate 3D civil models and design outputs for roads, drainage, and related infrastructure
- Support design development, including preparation of drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
- Perform design checks and contribute to review/assurance activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated engineering solutions
- Support project delivery to meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations
- Coordinate with drafting and modelling teams to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Assist in preparing quantities and cost-related inputs
- Ensure compliance with Jacobs QA processes and standards
- Contribute to a strong safety and inclusion culture
Here's what you'll need
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience in civil modelling and/or design
- Strong experience in 3D modelling for roads and drainage
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), or 12D
- Understanding of roads, drainage, and/or pavement design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within teams
