We're working with a well-established, multidisciplinary engineering and architecture practice in Buffalo that is looking to add a Structural Engineer to its growing team.This firm has a strong reputation across Western New York, with a team of around 45 professionals and senior leadership providing a highly collaborative, close-knit environment. They operate with the agility of a smaller practice-offering flexibility, autonomy, and a genuinely non-corporate culture.They are particularly well known for delivering innovative solutions on challenging renovation, adaptive reuse, and existing building projects, working across a diverse portfolio including K-12, mixed-use, public sector, and community-focused developments. Their work is known for its technical quality, attention to detail, and ability to solve complex structural challenges.The RoleYou'll take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects and senior leadership. This is a hands-on role involving design, calculations, drawing reviews, and site work across a varied project base.What They're Looking For
- Structural or Civil Engineering background
- Experience with building structures (renovation experience highly desirable)
