We are seeking a Geotechnical Office Leader or Project Manager to take charge of all operations, deliver projects cradle-to-grave, and play a key role in client engagement. This is a unique chance to grow into an office leader, open new service lines, and even earn equity in the firm as it scales - positioning yourself for substantial financial rewards.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field and lab staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage geotechnical projects from start to finish, including client communication and reporting.
- Prepare and review geotechnical reports; stamp and seal if P.E. licensed, or finalize for signature by senior engineers.
- Drive business development and help expand service offerings.
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow the office and regional presence.
