Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams, as well as directly support our subsidiary companies in resolving business and administrative challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with business partners in our four subsidiaries to resolve business administration and operational issues
- Partnering with subsidiary teams to identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions
- Developing and maintaining internal controls, documentation, and standardized processes
- Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and supporting documents, including workpapers and aging reports
- Participating in the annual planning and audit processes
- Performing process analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable learning new technologies and systems; experience with ERP platforms is a plus
