Job Description

  DescriptionYour role at GEI.  Essential Responsibilities & Duties 

  • Responsible for assisting in data processing related to configuring, running, and analyzing output from water resources numerical models.
  • Quality control on input time series data.
  • Formatting data for input to numerical models.
  • Post processing and management of numerical model output.
  • Assisting in creation of graphic and tabular output from numerical model results.
  • Discussing tasks with senior staff and presenting results at internal meetings.
  • Computer savvy and technical troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 0-1 years of related data processing experience.
  • Basic familiarity with time-series data.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Must be able to work independently as well as in groups.
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and text editing software.
