ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join our team in Manchester, CT. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. As an integral member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and designers to deliver exceptional results to our clients.Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and analysis of structural systems for buildings, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Perform structural calculations and analyses to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and code requirements.
  • Participate in site visits and inspections to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative solutions and address technical challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success and compliance with applicable regulations.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering with a concentration in structural engineering
  • Typically requires 0-3 years of structural engineering experience; consulting experience a plus
  • EIT licensure or ability to obtain within 1 year preferred
  • Experience designing with AutoCAD and Revit preferred
  • Experience with concrete, steel, and timber design a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
