Job Description
We are seeking Repair Technicians to join our dynamic team. There are four open positions available, offering an opportunity to work hands-on in a warehouse setting. The role primarily involves supporting our appliance repair and refurbishment operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the appliance repair and refurbishment operation.
- Clean appliances before and after repairs are completed.
- Wrap and prepare appliances for shipment using protective materials.
- Move appliances throughout the warehouse using a dolly and transport them to the appropriate departments for repair.
- Assist with basic repairs and part replacements (paid training provided).
- Remove products from shipping cartons and prepare them for inspection and repair.
- Perform final cleaning and preparation to ensure products are ready for shipment.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Consumer Electronics Repair, Appliance Troubleshooting, Diagnostic Testing & Fault Isolation.
- Proficiency in Component/Parts Replacement & Repair.
- Strong Technical Communication & Customer Education skills.
- High attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma.
- Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, temperature-controlled facility with an expansive 800,000 sq. ft. area. The role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Richfield, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
