Job Description
General Construction Worker
- Perform general construction labor in a precast yard and production setting
- Assist with building, assembling, and preparing materials for concrete work
Responsibilities
- Assist with building and assembling forms for concrete pours
- Support concrete work (prep, pouring, cleanup)
- Perform general labor tasks across the job site
- Use hand and power tools for construction work
- Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and safe work areas
- Follow all job site safety procedures
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Some construction or hands-on labor experience (Entry-level is considered)
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Comfortable working with concrete and materials
- Ability to perform physical work and lift regularly
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Reliable with strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with concrete work or form building
- Basic carpentry skills
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn
- Experience in construction environments
- Team-oriented and adaptable
Work Environment
- Outdoor construction yard
- Exposure to weather and heavy materials
- Physically active role with frequent movement
- Team-based work setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
