Job Description

General Construction Worker

  • Perform general construction labor in a precast yard and production setting
  • Assist with building, assembling, and preparing materials for concrete work

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building and assembling forms for concrete pours
  • Support concrete work (prep, pouring, cleanup)
  • Perform general labor tasks across the job site
  • Use hand and power tools for construction work
  • Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas
  • Follow all job site safety procedures
  • Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • Some construction or hands-on labor experience (Entry-level is considered)
  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools
  • Comfortable working with concrete and materials
  • Ability to perform physical work and lift regularly
  • Able to work outdoors in varying weather
  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Reliable with strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with concrete work or form building
  • Basic carpentry skills
  • Forklift experience or willingness to learn
  • Experience in construction environments
  • Team-oriented and adaptable

Work Environment

  • Outdoor construction yard
  • Exposure to weather and heavy materials
  • Physically active role with frequent movement
  • Team-based work setting

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coeur D Alene, ID.

Pay and Benefits


The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
