Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer within the areas of land development, site design, storm water management, and erosion and sediment control design for immediate hire. We seek individuals to grow with the company and provide strong leadership and continuous improvement processes.Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, PE preferred
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation preferred
- Familiarity with CT Drainage Manual, DEEP Water Quality Manual, and CT Guidelines for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control
- Excellent technical, organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving abilities
