Role ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Lead and manage structural restoration and repair projects across New York City.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- Conduct and coordinate forensic engineering investigations to assess building conditions and develop repair strategies.
- Manage projects involving building envelope restoration, FISP compliance, and parking garage restoration (LL126).
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field).
- 7-14 years of experience in structural restoration and repair projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing project teams.
- Strong background in building envelope restoration, FISP projects, and parking garage restoration (LL126) is highly preferred.
- PE license in New York is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
