• In collaboration with the relevant departments and the project team, you will be responsible for the site monitoring of new construction and renovation projects, including roofs and facades. 
• You draw up the necessary permits and IBNs.
• You participate in site meetings and prepare site reports.
• You check the planning and make adjustments where necessary, in consultation with the contractor and project manager. 
• If there are additional costs, analyze them and submit them for approval. 
• You ensure that the delivery runs smoothly.

You always do this together with a number of colleagues from your team.Qualifications & Experience:Are you the right candidate?

• You have a technical bachelor's degree and you enjoy being close to site operations.
• You have good communication skills.
• You can set priorities.
• You have an eye for quality.
• You are good at solving problems.
• You are a team player, and you can also work independently.
