Then we'd love to meet you! 

• As a site manager, you work closely with the project managers and are responsible for the day-to-day management of the site during the construction phase.
• In concrete terms, your duties will be as follows:
  • the coordination of the schedule; 
  • the organisation, security and safety on the site; 
  • coordination with other departments, such as safety and the environment; 
  • filtering change requests and recommended actions to the project manager; 
  • the management of all site supervision activities; 
  • cost monitoring (including management of additional and reduced work); 
  • monitoring the quality and scope by addressing any gaps in the specifications, taking the necessary measures yourself (if the impact is limited) or by taking the necessary measures through the project manager (e.g. halting construction work) if more important issues are involved; 
  • the monitoring of applicable procedures, the management of permits, etc. 
  • taking care of general communication with internal customers.

• You have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree. 
• You have a structured approach. 
• You are strong in communication and organization.
• You have an interest in and demonstrable experience in monitoring industrial construction sites from start to finish.
