Job Description
T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our office in Toms River, NJ. The successful candidate will have experience in the planning, design, permitting, and construction management of various Capital Improvement projects including roadways, stormwater management systems, parks and recreation areas, etc,. Responsibilities will include technical management by providing expertise on complex design projects; people management through supervision of staff engineers; and client management by building strong relationships with public clients and ensuring satisfaction on client needs.Requirements:
- B.S in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, including project management for design and construction projects.
- Must have Professional Engineer (PE) license. Professional Planner (PP) license a plus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience in reviewing applications for Land Use Boards with availability for Municipal (Land Use Board, Council and/or Committee) night meetings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a team environment, self-starter, demonstrated organization skills, team player and willingness to learn.
