Be a part of this dynamic and committed team of diverse water specialists and drive change for your community.You’ll be able to apply our powerful global network of skills and decades of experience to create positive water outcomes that respect nature and nurture communities.Our Water business group is looking for an experienced Drafter to join our workshare team in Adelaide SA to efficiently deliver projects and provide high value consultancy services.Qualifications, Technical Skills and Experience Required
- 10 years' relevant experience preferably in the consulting industry
- Background in Linear Assets Design or Water Compound / Plant design
- Well-developed understanding of AutoCAD as it applies to large projects
- Experience in 2D Civil and Mechanical drafting experience preferred
- Understanding of pipeline and plant construction
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure team adheres to delivery standards, operating procedures, and processes within the local team or service line teams.
- Execute tasks within job area, and coordinate activities across disciplines to achieve defined deadlines and targets.
- Enforce client standards in fixed task, single initiative, or project-based team. May be required to have client contact under the supervision of Supervisor, Project Director or Project Manager.
- May informally supervise the performance of more junior team members to ensure compliance to procedures, processes, and standards.
- Proven ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and client groups.
