  • Delivering integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit.
  • Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
  • Coordinating designs with Building Services, Structural, Architecture, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Mentoring peers and providing technical documentation, modeling, and engineering advice.
  • Undertake drawing reviews and model audits utilizing tools such as Bluebeam, Solibri, Autodesk Navisworks, etc.
  • Troubleshooting issues and supporting technical team members.
  • Leading Coordination and Collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination.
  • Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams & groups to ensure all design elements are considered.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Previous experience using visual programming tools such as Dynamo and/or Grasshopper preferable
  • 5 years' experience using Autodesk Revit within the Building Service and Structural sector
  • Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages
  • Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details, and coordinated drawings
  • Knowledge of Building Codes & Standards
  • Superior, analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • An ability to coordinate & manage your own workload, project deliverables, budgets, and deadlines, prioritizing accordingly.
  • A desire to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement
  • A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally/externally across all levels of the business.
