Job Description

  T&M Associates is a leading national consulting, engineering, environmental, and technical services company that has delivered proven results for a broad spectrum of public and private clients for more than 55 years. Through a team of 350 business and technical professionals, we service clients from office locations throughout the U.S. Our flexibility as a prominent mid-sized firm, with the capabilities of a large company, provides clients a more unique approach to a project, being able to provide personalized service while having a diverse pool of experts to develop innovative solutions to exceed any need. T&M is currently accepting resumes for candidates interested in an internship for Summer 2024. We offer internships in various engineering disciplines including civil environmental, water resources, transportation, mechanical and electrical engineering. In addition to engineering roles, T&M offers internships in Accounting and Finance, IT, Human Resources, Marketing and office services. Please take note that all internships will take place at a T&M office. Our offices are located throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. You will be asked for your preferred office in the application. These opportunities are open to current freshman-junior undergraduates who are actively pursuing a career in a field directly related to our industry. Internships typically run from late May through August. We are seeking students who meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Previous internship experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.

For those interested in Engineering specific internships: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or closely related field.
  • Prior experience in AutoCAD, Civil 3D & Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
