- Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site
- Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files
- Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations
- Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users
- Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies.
- Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program or a related educational program at an accredited 4 year university
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the Position
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment
- Detail oriented
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Some software experience in Sharepoint, Oracle or SAP ERP, Microsoft Visual Studio, and/or .Net preferred.
Base Hourly Wage Range :
Hourly: $22.00 $30.00Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
