With a strong focus on mission-critical facilities such as data centres and healthcare environments, our team of 100 specialists brings together expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, fire, electrical, structural, and sustainability engineering. We’re proud to design with people in mind, placing user needs at the centre of every project.As a Revit Designer, you’ll play an important role in supporting the successful delivery of our digital design work. You’ll continue to build your technical capability while taking on responsibility across a variety of projects and working closely with our wider team.Day to day, you’ll prepare and manage drawings for our building services projects, develop digital models and documentation, and collaborate with internal and external design teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes for our clients.What you’ll bring
- NZ Certificate or Diploma in CAD, Drafting, or a related field
- Advanced expertise in CAD, Revit, and digital delivery methods for building services projects
- Proven ability to implement and uphold quality systems, drive project coordination, and minimise rework
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and technical coaching
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
- 3 years’ experience working on building services in digital delivery, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities
