$110,000 - $150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses
P.E. Required | S.E. PreferredA respected structural engineering consultancy in the Greater Boston area is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed engineer looking to work on complex and high-profile building projects while enjoying the visibility, responsibility, and influence that comes with a smaller, highly regarded practice.Known for delivering high-quality structural solutions on architecturally significant projects, the firm works across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, office, retail, sports and entertainment, and luxury residential developments. Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building projects
- Develop construction documents and technical calculations
- Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and project teams
- Participate in project planning, design development, and construction administration
- Manage project schedules and deliverables
- Contribute to technical problem-solving and innovative design solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- S.E. license preferred
- Experience in structural design of buildings
- Commercial building experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with common structural analysis and design software
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
