Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. We are hiring both experienced Assemblers and Entry-Level Production Associates who enjoy hands-on work and want long-term career growth.

Assembler

What You'll Do

  • Assemble mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electronic components
  • Use hand tools and power tools to build products and sub-assemblies
  • Perform wiring and component installation (where applicable)
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings
  • Conduct basic quality checks using measuring tools
  • Support production lines and assembly operations
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6+ months of experience in an industrial environment
    • Manufacturing
    • Automotive repair
    • Construction
    • Mechanical assembly
    • Similar hands-on industries
    • Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
    • Ability to read and follow work instructions
    • Ability to read and write English

    Entry-Level Production Associate

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrington, CT.

    Pay and Benefits


    The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $20.90/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
