Job Description
**Powder Coater - $24/Hour - 4 Day Week!**We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Powder Coater to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincoln, NE. This role focuses on preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts in a fast‑paced production environment.Responsibilities
- Perform powder coating on metal components
- Prep parts by sanding, grinding, masking, and hanging
- Operate spray guns and coating equipment
- Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE requirements
- Load and unload parts from racks and ovens
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in powder coating or industrial painting
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with hand tools and basic prep equipment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing
- Knowledge of curing ovens and coating thickness standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
