Job Description
M&S Engineering, LLC is looking for a CAD Designer to join our growing distribution team located in Georgetown, Texas to provide design on various utility projects.Responsibilities
- Preparation of construction plans using a combination of MicroStation and AutoCAD
- Ability to perform assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities.
- Conduct or coordinate detailed phases of technical work
- Coordinate with other drafters, technicians, and engineers to assist in assignments
- Basic understanding of ordinance and laws governing distribution engineering
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Aided Design or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of prior experience with electric distribution design
- Demonstrated experience in MicroStation or AutoCAD
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
