Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. • 2–5 years of professional experience in stream restoration, river engineering, or water resources design. • Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-SSP, HEC-RAS or similar tools). • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D for plan production. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • EIT certification (or ability to obtain); interest in pursuing PE licensure. Compensation/Benefits • Full-time position with a salary range of $70,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and skills) plus a discretionary quarterly bonus program. • Comprehensive benefits package, including employer-paid health insurance, voluntary dental and vision plans, and a retirement plan. • Additional perks such as flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, and profit sharing. • Career development opportunities in a dynamic and challenging work environment with leaders in the water resources industry.
