Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a skilled and motivated Transportation Engineer 3 to join the team in Spokane, WA. Reporting to the Area Consultant Liaison Engineer and Assistant Consultant Liaison, this position plays a critical role in managing consultant administration activities and ensuring consultant contracting procedures comply with state and federal regulations. This position independently organizes, coordinates, and performs technical reviews of consultant deliverables, while communicating project schedule and budget impacts to leadership and supporting successful project delivery.
