Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer for a remote assignment in our Northwest Region. The selected candidate will be an integral member of the design team assisting in structural analysis and design for our projects. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ** This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE) **** This position can work remotely in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington (state), Wyoming or Canada **
Responsibilities
- Provide Structural Engineering support in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers, data centers and other state of the art manufacturing facilities - Work with other engineers and designers, as well as with clients and construction trade partners- Develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with designers to communicate the structural requirement
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering- 4+ years experience in Structural Engineering- Professional Engineer License (PE)- Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC- Experience with structural analysis software, Navisworks and Bluebeam- Proficient with designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
