Wilson & Company is seeking an experienced, talented, and ambitious Revit professional to support our architectural team with high‑quality detailing and construction documentation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment and takes pride in producing precise, buildable, and thoughtfully coordinated drawings.You’ll be joining a firm known for integrating architecture, engineering, and planning into cohesive project solutions, so your ability to communicate clearly, coordinate effectively, and elevate the quality of our documentation will have a direct impact on project success.Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed, accurate, and well‑coordinated construction documents using Revit.
- Produce architectural details that reflect strong technical understanding and constructability.
- Maintain and refine Revit models throughout all project phases.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across disciplines.
- Support the development and maintenance of BIM standards, templates, and detail libraries.
- Assist in model troubleshooting and provide Revit guidance to team members.
- Integrate consultant models and ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Minimum 7 years of professional Revit experience in an architectural environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, materials, assemblies, and construction methods.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, coordinated, and code‑compliant drawings.
- Experience working within multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and model management best practices.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Experience with public sector, educational, commercial, industrial, or municipal projects. .
- Familiarity with families, schedules and detailing components essential to development of construction documentation.
- Proficiency with complementary tools such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, or Enscape.
- Understanding of QA/QC processes for construction documentation.
- Familiarity with the National CAD Standard.
