The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee projects from initial concept through construction, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction. You'll manage design teams, coordinate permitting, and maintain strong client relationships.Responsibilities include:

  • Lead site design and permitting processes (including NPDES and municipal approvals).
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Serve as primary client contact and set clear expectations.
  • Coordinate design teams (3-6 members) and provide construction-phase support.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and regulatory requirements.

Position Standards:

  • Maintain minimum 15% project profitability annually.
  • Achieve 65% billable time average.
  • Hold professional licensure in PA (PE required).
