This nationwide opportunity is ideal for someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on expertise to support complex infrastructure and environmental initiatives. Who We Are Looking ForWe are in search of a sharp, solutions-focused Preconstruction Services Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys influencing project outcomes from day one. In this role, you will work closely with our Design Build National Practice Leader, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to guide preconstruction efforts. You will help drive constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, cost control, and procurement strategies – ensuring every project starts strong and stays aligned with cost, schedule, and quality goals. A key part of your responsibility will be ensuring cost objectives are met across contracting, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and bidding for all major projects. You will also ensure compliance with defined cost, schedule, and quality standards throughout the pre-construction period, and help facilitate a smooth transition into the construction phase. You will play a vital role in resolving design-phase challenges, pricing alternative concepts, and contributing to the development of construction plans. From preparing bid packages and logistics layouts to participating in pre-bid and pre-award meetings, you will be at the heart of our project planning and execution – driving overall success by proactively addressing issues, managing costs, and maintaining high-quality standards. The following examples illustrate how the pay range for the same role can vary based on different locations.Group A (MT, ME, FL) = $110,000 – $155,000Group B (PA, MA, MO, GA, RI) = $120,000 – $170,000Group C (CA, NY, Andover-MA, NJ, CO, CT) = $135,000 – $205,000This position’s anticipated pay range is provided; the final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will depend on experience level and consider a percentage-based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working.
