Job Description
T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented Principial Engineer to join our Water Market! This opportunity is available in any of our Pennsylvania offices with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. We are looking for an experienced professional with 7+ years in planning, design, and construction administration of water process, treatment, and distribution projects. This individual will play a key role in managing and designing utility infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on providing project management and design support for linear water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements for the City of Philadelphia’s utility infrastructure replacement and upgrade program.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects related to drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
- Provide design support for linear water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure upgrades.
- Oversee construction administration and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, studies, and project documentation.
- Track and manage financial performance of assigned projects.
- Coordinate workload and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Participate in client meetings, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- 7+ years of related experience in water process, treatment, and/or utility infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of project management experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required.
- Experience with MS Office and MS Project (MS Access a plus).
- Strong communication and client-interaction skills.

T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000.
