  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus on Structures. 
  • Genuine passion for the AEC industry and a desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. 
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with engineering analysis tools is beneficial. 
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks, with a readiness to perform duties onsite or at project locations as needed. 
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in the AEC industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
