Als Vergunningen Coördinator maak je onderdeel uit van een gedreven team collega’s dat werkzaam is op verschillende projecten door Nederland. Vanaf de tenderfase ben je betrokken bij een of meerdere projecten en geef je iedereen binnen het projectteam actief inzicht in de wet- en regelgeving waar we ons aan moet houden en waarom die regels er zijn.

Wat ga je doen?Jij zet graag een stapje extra in je zoektocht naar een goede balans tussen projectdoelstellingen, de omgeving en wet- en regelgeving. Dit proces gaat over meer dan bureaucratische processen, het is mensenwerk. Achter elke aanvraag schuilen ideeën, techniek, kosten en invloeden op de omgeving. Jij bent degene die de puzzelstukjes bij elkaar brengt, rekening houdend met alle factoren en belangen, om tot een aanvraag te komen. Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden schitteren hier.Als teamspeler neem je graag het initiatief om te overleggen met collega's, experts en het bevoegd gezag. Om weloverwogen keuzes te maken zoek je altijd de juiste mensen op voor overleg over juridische kwesties, technische vraagstukken en beheer. Bij het afwegen van belangen van partijen zoals onze opdrachtgevers, bevoegd gezag en stakeholders, houd je een evenwichtige benadering. Je zorgt dat je op de hoogte bent van nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het gebied van vergunningen en vertaalt deze naar kansen.

  Waar doe je dat?Omdat je in een team werkt met meerdere collega’s ben je veelal op projectlocatie(s) te vinden. In voorbereidende fases is dit vaak ons gezellige kantoor in Amsterdam-Noord. Maar als het zo uitkomt, werk je natuurlijk ook gewoon vanuit huis.Wat breng je daarvoor mee?Naast de relevante opleiding is een waardevol aspect van jouw sollicitatie voor deze functie jouw affiniteit met vergunningen en juridische vraagstukken. As a Permit Coordinator you are part of a driven team of colleagues who work on various projects throughout the Netherlands. From the tender phase you are involved in one or more projects and you actively provide everyone within the project team with insight into the laws and regulations that we must adhere to and why those rules exist.

What are you going to do?You like to go the extra mile in your search for a good balance between project objectives, the environment and legislation and regulations. This process is about more than bureaucratic processes, it is human work. Behind every request are ideas, technology, costs and influences on the environment. You are the one who puts the puzzle pieces together, taking into account all factors and interests, to arrive at a request. Your communication skills shine here.As a team player, you like to take the initiative to consult with colleagues, experts and the competent authority. In order to make well-considered choices, you always seek out the right people for consultation on legal issues, technical issues and management. When weighing the interests of parties such as our clients, competent authority and stakeholders, you maintain a balanced approach. You ensure that you are aware of new developments in the field of permits and translate these into opportunities.

  Where do you do that?Because you work in a team with multiple colleagues, you can often be found at project locations. In preparatory phases, this is often our cozy office in Amsterdam-Noord. But if it suits you, you can of course also work from home.What do you bring with you for that?In addition to the relevant education, a valuable aspect of your application for this position is your affinity with permits and legal issues. You are known as a professional discussion partner, a bridge builder who provides quick and clear advice. Planning, organizing and convincing come naturally to you.
