This client encourages an open work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.This firm is looking to build out their Dallas office, and is looking for an experience Land Development engineer who has 10+ years' experience in single-family development. This Practice Leader / Division Manager will be a big part in bringing in new client, maintaining existing clients as well as building out their own team.This firm works on a diverse range of land development projects from single-family housing, 7-stages subdivision, K-12 projects, educational centres and more!Requirements:
- PE License in Texas
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 10+ Years of experience in land development (single-family development)
- Has Business Development / Client Management experience
- Able to lead a team.
- Based in Dallas or willing to relocate.
