We’ll support you every step of the way as you join us in finding sustainable energy solutions to make a positive impact that will last for generations. Who are we looking for?   GHD's Construction group has a great opportunity for a Graduate Field Engineer. In this role, you will work on project sites to assist the Superintendent with planning, coordinating, analyzing and understanding the scope of work for a variety of projects, managing paperwork and change orders, communicating with clients, and coordinating schedules.Bring your curiosity and passion to the technical challenges we solve at GHD. Let's solve the big problems together. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: 

• Assisting with project proposals including reviewing requests for proposals, obtaining quotes and estimating
• Assisting the Project Manager with managing project timelines, deadlines and requirements
• Acting as key point of contact for ordering materials and equipment
• GPS surveying and equipment set up
• Estimating takeoffs
• Assisting with weekly timesheets, expense reports and project tracking
• Providing training to other team members as needed

What you will bring to the team:

• up to 2 years of professional construction experience
• AutoCAD / Civil 3D experience
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and rapidly changing priorities and project demands
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team and independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able & willing to travel throughout the United States up to 50% of the time
