Project Manager - Data Center ConstructionVirginia, United States$140,000 - $180,000Our client is seeking a construction Project Manager to join their team in overseeing highly complex data center construction projects in Virginia.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Experienced in ground-up, Mission Critical construction
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager on large-scale Data Center projects
Skills:Project Management:The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of all aspects of project management including planning & scheduling timelines; managing budgets; monitoring progress against goals/milestones while ensuring quality standards are met at each stage throughout development from design through completion phases.Datacenter:Experience working within data centers and mission-critical environments will be essential - understanding operational requirements like power distribution systems (UPS / generators), cooling equipment.Building Construction :Familiarity with principles involved when constructing various types buildings such as high-rise structures vs low rise ones may also prove useful depending upon specific needs particular build-out specifications being used by our clients.Benefits:
