Title: Senior Project Manager - Real Estate Development - Berlin
Our client, a leading real estate development company in Berlin, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their team. This permanent position offers the chance to work on some fascinating projects, a competitive salary, and fantastic growth opportunities.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager for this reputable firm, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects from conception through to completion. You'll need excellent project management skills as well as experience working on engineering-based construction sites within the LVI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track time, cost, and quality of the projects.
- Lead teams covering all aspects of project planning including initiation, design development & delivery.
- Ensure that contracts are managed effectively throughout each stage
- Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining strong communication channels internally and externally.
- Ensure technical due diligence and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 5+ years experience as PM
- Technical background - Architecture or Civil Engineering / Construction
- Experience of LP 1-9 HOAI / VOB
- Experience in residential, mixed use, office, or logistics real estate projects.
- Ideal project experience - 25 million euros+ / 50,000sqm+
