Job Description

  PRO-telligent, A Tetra Tech Company is seeking a Network and Voice Engineer to provide IT technical support to a Department of State (DoS) program. This position is located in Springfield, VA and is currently heavily remote. There is a current requirement of 2-4 days a month onsite on an as-needed basis. However, this may change, and the candidate would need to be willing to change with it if the position became on-site in the future.You Will:

  • Deploy, maintain, and provide Tier 3 support Cisco core voice & data networks using Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM)
  • Support diverse and complex network, including Cisco routers/switches
  • Perform quality assurance checks of Cisco UC telecommunications equipment
  • Obtain and perform elevated Enterprise-level system administrative access
  • Candidate is expected to work well under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, maintain customer focus amid difficult circumstances, and work well within a process-oriented framework.

You Need to Have:

  • Top Secret Clearance (no exceptions)
  • 3-5 years of progressively complex IT experience with experience maintaining a Cisco solution comprised of switches and routers
  • Experience with Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) and networking
