Job Description

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Highway Engineering Associate II to join our Transportation Practice in Austin OR San Antonio, Texas. The Engineering Associate II will work with engineers on highway, roadway and active transportation projects, preparing designs and technical documents, and coordinating with team members for project development. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in production software and construction document production.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EIT certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire
