Role Description


Undertaking activities for Lead Qualification, Lead Management and Lead Generation to support the development and management of the Product Advancement Sales pipeline globally. Including:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying them as per the Lead Qualification process  
  • Executing outbound calling campaigns for targeted products to create lead pipeline for the Product Sales team
  • Supporting Lead Generation activities
  • Reviewing and supporting the effective follow up and management of sales leads
  • Utilize Cloud for Sales (or other CRM sales tools at Bentley) as a daily sales tool and reporting system to manage and update contacts and leads
  • Actively participate in scheduled coaching, mentoring and training meetings

Role Expectation


  • Instant response time to Inbound enquiries received during 9.30 am -5.30 am IST. Enquiries received during off working hours to be attended within 24 hours
  • To ensure Lead age of New Leads is not more than 5 working days
  • Develops a deep understanding of the processes and tools used to complete assigned responsibilities
  • Have a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping ensure that sales team meets the teams defined sales goals
  • Actively embraces a feedback culture and is open in providing and receiving effective feedback.
