The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Geotechnical Engineer who is passionate about engineering and eager to play a key role in our growth journey. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage geotechnical investigations and design for transportation, infrastructure, and private development projects.
- Serve as a technical expert and project manager on MODOT, IDOT, and private sector projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and grow new verticals and service offerings.
- Support business development efforts and client relationship management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- PE license in Missouri or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- 6+ years of geotechnical engineering experience, ideally with DOT projects.
- Strong technical, project management, and communication skills.
