Job Description:Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of managing complex projects.The position is hybrid where the staff are in-person three days a week and have the option to work remotely two days a week.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including commercial, industrial, and residential structures.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD).
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
