This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working 1-2 days in the office and the remainder remotely. The role also presents potential ownership opportunities for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee geotechnical engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Conduct site investigations, soil and rock sampling, and geotechnical analysis.
  • Prepare and review geotechnical reports, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative engineering solutions.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
  • 5-7 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical principles, practices, and software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
