With our groundbreaking solutions for complex energy, urban, nuclear and hydro projects, we help our clients create a positive impact towards a sustainable world, where people, planet and profit thrive collectively. Work environmentWithin the Nuclear Department, you will be attached to the Marseille agency. ContextYou will be involved in major nuclear projects (EDF's Grand Carénage Program, new built, Post-Fukushima, Security Program, etc.) in France and you will be involved in the development of technical project management skills within TRACTEBEL. MissionsFor the matters entrusted to it, the generic activities of support for the management of technical matters are as follows:

• Steering and coordination of business stakeholders. To this end, the holder organizes the “steering”, framing, coordination or progress meetings necessary for the proper progress of his business;
• Steering and technical coordination of all stakeholders in the case;
• Responsibility for compliance with the schedule and control of business costs;
• Definition with the planner of the relevant indicators to be included in the monthly reporting;
• Drafting of weekly and monthly reporting elements;
• Establishment and maintenance of the risk analysis of its business (in collaboration with business contributors);
• Supplier relations;
• Technical monitoring of suppliers and management of study managers;
• Management of contracts specific to its business;
• Coordination and management of interfaces between the Study teams and the Project teams as well as the various contributors to the Case;
• Capitalization of the Return of Experience linked to the case;

All of these activities are carried out in close collaboration with all the stakeholders in a business: Studies, Purchasing, Project, Implementation. Your profileWith an engineering background (School or University, Bac +5, master's degree, etc.), you have initial experience in the field of management and business management in the industrial sector. Initial experience in the nuclear field is a plus, but not essential.You have knowledge of REP operation, general mechanics, EIA or civil engineering.You are rigorous, serious, autonomous and have a strong ability to manage and intervene in unforeseen situations. You have cross-functional management skills, and you have good writing and communication skills, as well as a spirit of synthesis. What we offer
