- The assessment, field testing and quality observation of façade, roofing and waterproofing systems across multiple building envelope projects.
- Conduct thorough fenestration/façade, non-destructive and moisture intrusion investigations and provide reports, proposals and recommendations based on these investigations in line with company administrative policies.
- A broad comprehension of concrete and exterior building systems restoration and rehabilation.
- Focus on the extension and preservation of the building envelope lifecycle.
- Opportunity to manage and mentor junior staff.
- Perform physical surveys of existing structures and facilities for clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in an engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineering license is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in restoration or building envelope is required.
- Technically astute with a strong understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, work scopes and project schedules.
- Willingness to travel.
