Job Description
Location: Aurich, NI, DE, 26605Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid (< 50% remote)General Information:This position can be filled in Aurich or Bremen. Your Tasks:
- Technical and disciplinary management of the department structural design rotor blade
- Responsibility for series maintenance of existing products with regard to structural issues
- Continuous optimization and further development of processes in terms of technical,personnel and structural aspects
- Responsibility for compliance with internal departmental investment plans
- Disciplinary management of employees
- Coordination (departmental and external) with load simulation,aerodynamics,nacelle,service
- Continuous optimization and further development of the department in terms of technical,personnel andstructural aspects
- Supporting in the operational,strategic and technical planning
- Ensure compliance with guidelines,processes and standards
- Observation of science and competition for early recognition of trends and derivation of appropriatemeasures
- Leading and participating in development projects
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical,construction or aerospace engineering
- Knowledge in composite material/ sandwich material
- Structural design of FRP components - preferred rotor blades for wind turbines
- End-to End thinking and acting
- Several years of experience in leadership,development and motivation of employees
- Independent and self-motivated way of working
- Good communication skills in English and German
