Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a licensed Water Engineering Project Manager. This key role oversees technical planning, design, construction, and project management of drinking water and wastewater source, distribution, storage and treatment projects. This person will be physically working onsite in New Orleans, LA while remotely reporting into our Florida Leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Project management of drinking water source, distribution, storage and treatment projects
- Facilitation of project proposals, project interviews and presentations
- Team management and strategic planning, goal management, deliverables execution
- Technical planning, design and construction of water/wastewater treatment projects
- Business development and lead identification
Essential Functions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to manage and mentor junior staff
- Commitment to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of engineering project management work experience
- Experience executing a variety of water, wastewater engineering projects desired
Certifications
- Registered Professional Engineer
Education
- B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
